Pulled out the bag and the whole kitchen smelled like a dark cherry bakery—the cocoa finish really lingers on the tongue. It's smooth enough for my morning pour-over without any bitterness.

Scarlett ★★★★★

The brown sugar sweetness balances the bitterness perfectly — I've been using it in my morning pour-over and it's already replaced my usual go-to. It's a solid, cozy cup that doesn't disappoint.

The chocolate and cherry notes come through beautifully in my AeroPress—exactly what I was hoping for from a dark roast. It’s rich without being bitter, and the cocoa finish lingers just enough.

I brew this for my morning pour-over and that rich dark chocolate note with a hint of cocoa really sticks around. It’s smooth but has a bit of body, so it’s not too light for a dark roast. Definitely a cozy cup.

Evelyn ★★★★★

The black cherry note really comes through in the aftertaste, adding a nice fruity sweetness to the dark chocolate base. Works perfectly in my French press for a cozy morning cup.

That coarse grind really brought out the black cherry and brown sugar notes I was hoping for. Makes a fantastic afternoon cup that doesn't fade as it cools.
