Tato jedinečná šarže s "nulovou vadou" je výsledkem dlouholetého vztahu společnosti Coava s družstvem Kochere. Po zpracování je zelená káva tříděna ještě dvakrát více než ostatní šarže a třídiči dostávají třikrát vyšší než průměrnou mzdu. Jedná se o obzvláště jemný, elegantní šálek, plný jasného ovoce, šťavnaté sladkosti a bujných květinových aromat. Ochutnali jsme bergamot, černý čaj a citronovou trávu.
