Tato káva je výsledkem spolupráce Nestora Lassa z El Diviso a Jhoana Vergary z farmy Las Flores. Ve své špičkové mikrobiologické laboratoři vyvinuli unikátní proces mytí, při kterém izolovali nejaktivnější mikroorganismy kávy a přidali je do fermentační fáze. Výsledkem je hladká, velmi výrazná a dobře strukturovaná káva. Zachytili jsme tóny hroznové limonády, limetky, cukrové vaty, sladkého lékořice, pomerančového květu a náznak sladkého koření, s čistým tělem a jiskřivou hroznovou kyselinkou.
