Složení směsi se mění s ročním obdobím, aby odpovídalo chuťovému profilu Onyxu – v současnosti kombinuje sladké karamelizované tóny z promyté kolumbijské kávy a svěží citrusové tóny z etiopské promyté kávy Chelbesa. Ochutnali jsme mléčnou čokoládu, sušené švestky, cukr a zelené hrozny s kyselostí šťavnatých zelených hroznů a výrazným tělem.
