Denne elegante kaffe er et samarbejde mellem bønder i kebelerne i Tima i Guji, Etiopien. De fleste kirsebær er Gibrinna 74110 og Serto 74112, højkvalitetssorter fra skovene i Illubabor, præcist tørret i meget tynde lag i 15-20 dage for at frembringe en fantastisk klarhed i smagen. Vi smagte brombær, citrus, abrikos og en smuk blomstersødme.
