Dette unikke "nul fejl" parti er resultatet af Coavas mangeårige forhold til Kochere-kooperativet. Efter forarbejdning sorteres den grønne kaffe to gange mere end andre partier, og sorteringsarbejderne får tre gange gennemsnitslønnen. Det er en særligt delikat, elegant kop, fyldt med lyse frugtnoter, saftig sødme og frodige blomsteraromaer. Vi smagte bergamot, sort te og citrongræs.
Watching the extra sorting pay off cup after cup — every bean in the bag is uniformly roasted with zero chaff or broken pieces, which makes dialing in the grind size a breeze. The brew stays incredibly clean and sweet from first sip to last.
I brewed this as my first pour-over of the morning and the cup was absurdly clean, no bitter tail at the end even as it cooled. The extra sorting passes definitely carry through to the flavor profile.
