Denne fantastiske mikrolot kommer fra en gruppe småbønder på Mikuba Hill i Burundi og er blevet forarbejdet på Long Miles Projects Heza Station. Den blev pulpet og anaerobt fermenteret, før den blev tørret i solen. Resultatet er en intens og saftig sødme, som er solbagt direkte ind i bønnen. Vi smagte stenfrugt, pære, kamille, vilde blomster og vild honning.
