Brewed a cup this morning and the rich cocoa flavor really comes through, with just a hint of cherry sweetness. The brown sugar finish is smooth without being cloying. This is exactly what I look for in a dark roast.

The bag's one-way valve lets you smell the rich cocoa and cherry before you even open it, and it brews a cup that's surprisingly smooth for a dark roast. I've been using it in my morning drip for a week with no bitterness at all.

First sip and I was hit with that dark cherry sweetness β€” it’s subtle but lingers nicely. Grounds are oily but not messy, perfect for my morning pour-over ritual. Probably the best single-origin I’ve tried in months.

The bag's aroma hits you with dark chocolate and cherry before you even open it, and the grind is consistently fine. Brewed a cup this morning that had that perfect brown sugar sweetness without any bitterness. I've already ordered another bag.

Finally found a dark roast that doesn’t taste burntβ€”the black cherry note really comes through in a French press. Grinding it fresh fills the kitchen with a cocoa and brown sugar aroma that’s hard to beat.

Pulled a shot of this as an espresso this morning and the dark cherry note really comes through, plus the crema was surprisingly thick. It's become my go-to for that afternoon pick-me-up when I need something bold but not bitter.

I've been using this for my morning pour-over and the black cherry note really comes throughβ€”it makes the whole kitchen smell amazing. The grind is consistently fine, which I struggled with using my old blade grinder.

The aroma when I opened the bag was incredible – deep dark chocolate mixed with a hint of cherry. Ground it up and brewed a pour-over, the brown sugar sweetness really came through without being overpowering. Perfect for a chilly morning.

The dark chocolate notes come through strong, but the bag I got seemed a bit unevenly roasted. It works fine for my morning pour-over, just not as consistent as I hoped.

Flavor is decent with the dark chocolate and cherry coming through, but the grind consistency isn't as uniform as I'd like for a pour-over. It's a solid everyday cup, though nothing mind-blowing for the price.
