Denne kaffe er et samarbejde mellem Nestor Lasso fra El Diviso og Jhoan Vergara fra Las Flores farm. De brugte deres state-of-the-art mikrobiologilaboratorium til at udvikle en unik vaskeproces, hvor de isolerede kaffens mest aktive mikroorganismer og tilføjede dem til fermenteringsfasen. Resultatet er en blød, meget udtryksfuld og velstruktureret kaffe. Vi smagte druesodavand, lime, candyfloss, sød lakrids, appelsinblomst og et strejf af sød krydderi, med en ren krop og en sprudlende druesyre.
