The bright acidity really cuts through in the morning—makes a clean cup that’s not too heavy. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and getting subtle citrus notes that linger nicely.

I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over and the bright, clean finish really carries through from start to finish. It’s balanced enough to drink black without any bitterness, which is exactly what I look for in a medium roast.

The clean, bright finish on this medium roast is exactly what I’ve been craving — it’s smooth from the first sip to the last. Even brewed as a simple pour-over, the flavor feels layered and complex without any bitterness. Glad I grabbed a bag while it was available.

The clean, crisp finish from this washed Peruvian is exactly what I look for in a morning cup — no bitterness at all. I’ve been buying single-origin coffees for years, and this one from the Umapata community has a lovely brightness that wakes me up gently. Perfectly balanced for a medium roast that I can drink black.
