Fondly named after the roaster’s charming hometown of Knoxville, Tennessee, this robust roast is a blend of washed coffees from Cajamarca, Peru, and Papua New Guinea's Kolum Opints and Wet Mill, located in the Banz area of the Waghi Valley.

We tasted nutty notes of almond, sorghum, and chocolate.
