The short harvest window really shows in the cup — the clarity and sweetness are incredible for a light roast. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and getting these bright, clean fruit notes that last through the finish. Already ordered another bag.

Matthew ★★★★★

Tried it as a pour-over first thing this morning and the light roast really lets the Pink Bourbon’s delicate sweetness shine through without any bitterness. The fact that it was harvested over just a few days makes the cup feel uniquely clean and vibrant.

David ★★★★★

The aroma from the bag alone is incredible, and the pour-over was sweet and smooth with a berry-like finish that I've never tasted in a Colombian coffee before. I appreciate that they roasted it light to preserve those delicate flavors from the small harvest.

The fruit-forward acidity in this Pink Bourbon is incredible—tastes like a fresh berry compote. Even as a light roast, it’s surprisingly sweet and clean through the finish. Perfect for pour-over mornings.

Brewed my first cup this morning and that light roast really lets the Pink Bourbon's brightness shine through. The aroma alone tells you it was picked at peak ripeness, and the flavor is incredibly clean from start to finish.

This small-lot Pink Bourbon from San Isidro has a clean, bright acidity I haven't found in other Colombian coffees. The short harvest window really shows in the cup—it's surprisingly complex for such a light roast.

I brewed this Pink Bourbon as a pour-over and the stone fruit sweetness was incredibly clean, even when it cooled down. The coffee feels very delicate yet complex, a real treat for a light roast fan.
