Café lavado de tueste medio procedente de la comunidad de Umapata en Cusco, Perú, obtenido en colaboración con el galardonado Proyecto Cafetero Yungas y tostado por Camellia Coffee Roasters de Sacramento.

Brillante y dulce, este café para todos los públicos encarna el lema de Camellia de crear "cafés con carácter". Prepáralo como espresso para obtener azúcar caramelizada y mermelada de mandarina, o en filtro para disfrutar de notas de naranja cara cara y toffee. Con los calurosos días de verano por delante, también es excelente como cold brew.

Este café está vinculado al Proyecto Cafetero Yungas, ganador del premio Sprudgie a la Trayectoria Destacada. Esta iniciativa liderada por agricultores en Perú trabaja para empoderar a los productores, fortalecer las comunidades indígenas y proteger algunos de los bosques con mayor biodiversidad del mundo.
