Andrés Martínez es un productor cuya creatividad brilla en el método de procesamiento: una fermentación anaeróbica de cuatro días con moras castilla y levadura enológica, seguida de una fermentación abierta en jugo de mora.

Tostado por Mom 'n 'em en Cincinnati, el resultado es brillante, excéntrico y expresivo, con notas de frutos rojos macerados, té negro y demerara.
