La calidad del agua influye tanto en el sabor del espresso como en la vida útil de la máquina. La almohadilla antical WT Bestsave M está diseñada para la Serie 1 de espresso, ayudando a reducir la acumulación de cal en el interior del equipo.

Adecuada para máquinas de espresso y café con depósitos de agua de 1 a 3 litros, la almohadilla contiene un intercambiador iónico de alto rendimiento y apto para uso alimentario, con carbón activado integrado y protección higiénica que ayuda a reducir la cal, el cloro y ciertos metales pesados como el cobre y el zinc, que pueden afectar al sabor y provocar depósitos calcáreos.

Para usarla, enjuague brevemente la almohadilla con agua corriente y colóquela en el fondo del depósito de agua de la Serie 1. Espere de 8 a 10 horas antes de preparar café para que la almohadilla acondicione el agua. El filtro tiene una capacidad aproximada de 100 litros con una dureza del agua de 10°dH. Por razones de higiene, sustitúyala como máximo cada 2 meses.
