Tasalaatuinen jauhatus tuo parhaat puolet esiin kahvistasi, ja ilmatiivis säilytys auttaa pitämään ne siellä. Tämä setti suojaa makua ensimmäisestä jauhatuksesta viimeiseen kauhalliseen, mikä tekee hyvän kahvin valmistamisesta helpommin toistettavaa ajan mittaan.
