Red Rooster a collaboré avec son partenaire coopératif de longue date, Prodecoop, à Jinotega, pour produire cette torréfaction foncée. Lancée en 2012, leur collaboration a donné naissance aux cafés les plus riches et les plus équilibrés, et celui-ci ne fait pas exception.
