Gitare AB diproduksi oleh tempat pencucian kopi bernama sama, Gitare, yang didirikan pada tahun 1954 dan tergabung dalam Kimaratia Farmers Co-operative Society. Tempat ini unik karena berada di kawasan perkebunan teh, dan sumber airnya berasal dari Sungai Theta di dekatnya.

Kopi ini dikirim melalui jalur udara oleh Regalia sebulan setelah panen untuk menjaga kesegaran puncaknya. Sebagai representasi kopi Kenya yang indah, kopi light roast yang telah dicuci ini membuka cita rasa dengan sempurna, menampilkan aroma delima, buah ara berlapis cokelat hitam, plum, dan leci.
