Daun Peppermint

The hand-screening really shows—every leaf is uniform and steeps into a silky cup with that chocolate undertone I keep craving. It's become my afternoon ritual and I'm already on my second bag.

I brewed a cup this morning and the full, creamy texture really surprised me—it's like a dessert in a mug. The hand-screened leaves make a noticeable difference in how clean and smooth the flavor comes out, especially as it cools.

The chocolate notes come through beautifully when I brew this with my usual drip method, giving the coffee a creamy, almost dessert-like finish. I’ve been buying peppermint from the Pacific Northwest for years and this batch is as full-flavored as it gets.
