Adatto per macchine da caffè espresso e da caffè con serbatoi d'acqua da 1 a 3 litri, il pad contiene uno scambiatore ionico ad alte prestazioni e sicuro per gli alimenti, con carbone attivo integrato e protezione igienica, per aiutare a ridurre calcare, cloro e alcuni metalli pesanti come rame e zinco che possono alterare il sapore e causare depositi calcarei.

Per l'uso, sciacquare brevemente il pad sotto acqua corrente e posizionarlo sul fondo del serbatoio dell'acqua della Series 1. Attendere 8-10 ore prima di preparare il caffè, in modo che il pad possa condizionare l'acqua. Il filtro ha una capacità approssimativa di 100 litri con una durezza dell'acqua di 10°dH. Per motivi igienici, sostituire il pad entro 2 mesi al massimo.
