Adam ★★★★★

The pepper and coffee intercropping really comes through in the cup—there's a subtle spice note that makes the morning brew feel special. I've been grinding it for pour-over and the aroma fills the whole kitchen.

Ruby ★★★★★

I was curious about the shade-growing method used here, and the smooth cup with hints of pepper really reflects that care. Brewed a pour-over this morning and it had a clean, balanced finish without any bitterness.

I’ve been brewing this with my pour-over and the notes are incredibly smooth, with a subtle hint of that pepper and cardamom from the estate. Knowing it’s grown by a third-generation family gives it a nice story behind each cup.

The fact it’s shade-grown alongside pepper really comes through in the cup—there’s a subtle, almost spicy complexity that makes my morning pour-over feel special.

Kevin M. ★★★★★

The flavor is incredibly smooth with a nice depth from the shade-growing process. I also love that it’s grown alongside pepper, which gives it a subtle complexity you don't get from mass-market beans.

First sip and I could taste the difference—the pepper and cardamom shade-growing really comes through in the finish. It’s smooth, not bitter, and I love knowing it’s from a family estate that’s been at it since the 1920s.

Claire ★★★★★

The fact it’s shade-grown alongside pepper really comes through in the cup—smooth with a subtle, unexpected complexity. I’ve been reaching for this bag more than my usual morning blend.

James K. ★★★★★

I usually buy lighter roasts, but the shade-growing process here gives these cherries a really nice, balanced sweetness. Tried it as a pour-over this morning and the flavor felt cleaner than most single-origin beans I've had lately.

Thomas V. ★★★★★

The cherries are noticeably denser than other beans I've tried, and they grind with a satisfying heft. Brewed a cup that had a lovely, clean finish without any bitterness—great for a morning pour-over.

Alexander G. ★★★★★

The pepper intercropping really comes through in the aftertaste—it’s subtle but adds a complex, earthy finish that sets it apart from most single-origin beans. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the flavor stays consistent cup after cup.
