Termometro Stagg Brew Range

The magnetic back keeps the thermometer firmly attached to the kettle, and it reads accurately within seconds of the water hitting boil. The dual scale is handy for trying different brewing guides.

The dual Fahrenheit and Celsius

Finally got this installed and my pour-over temps are spot on again — the dual Celsius/Fahrenheit scale makes it easy to dial in exactly 205°F. Fit perfectly into the existing kettle hole without any fuss.
