Il Kit di Birra Signature

The temperature control is a game-changer for my morning routine—I can finally keep my pour-over steady without babysitting the kettle. The French press in the kit feels sturdy and brews a richer cup than my old setup. Just wish the kit included a gooseneck kettle, but it’s still worth every penny.

I’ve been dialing in my pour-over technique with this kit, and the precise temperature control makes a real difference compared to my old kettle. The French press is sturdy too, and I’m getting much more consistent results every morning.

The pour-over cone is surprisingly solid, and having both it and the French press in one kit means I can switch methods depending on my mood. The temperature control on the base is spot-on, making every cup consistent. I’ve already used it morning and night since it arrived.
