Een medium gebrande gewassen koffie van de Umapata-gemeenschap in Cusco, Peru, in samenwerking met het bekroonde Yungas Coffee Project en geroosterd door Camellia Coffee Roasters uit Sacramento.

Helder & zoet, deze publiekslieveling belichaamt Camellia's motto om 'koffies met karakter' te creëren. Trek 'm als espresso voor gekaramelliseerde suiker en mandarijnjam, zet 'm als filterkoffie voor cara cara-zest en toffee. Met de warme zomerdagen in het vooruitzicht is het ook een uitstekende cold brew.

Deze koffie is verbonden met het Yungas Coffee Project, winnaar van de Sprudgie Award voor Uitmuntende Prestatie. Dit door boeren geleide initiatief in Peru werkt aan het versterken van boeren, het ondersteunen van inheemse gemeenschappen en het beschermen van enkele van 's werelds meest biodiverse bossen.
