Dette unike partiet med "null feil" er et resultat av Coavas langvarige forhold til Kochere-kooperativet. Etter prosessering sorteres den grønne kaffen to ganger mer enn andre partier, og sortererne får tre ganger gjennomsnittslønnen. Det er en spesielt delikat, elegant kopp, full av lyse fruktnoter, saftig sødme og frodige blomsteraromaer. Vi smakte bergamott, svart te og sitrongress.
Watching the extra sorting pay off cup after cup — every bean in the bag is uniformly roasted with zero chaff or broken pieces, which makes dialing in the grind size a breeze. The brew stays incredibly clean and sweet from first sip to last.
I brewed this as my first pour-over of the morning and the cup was absurdly clean, no bitter tail at the end even as it cooled. The extra sorting passes definitely carry through to the flavor profile.
