Denne kaffen er et samarbeid mellom Nestor Lasso fra El Diviso og Jhoan Vergara fra Las Flores-gården. De brukte sitt toppmoderne mikrobiologilaboratorium for å utvikle en unik vaskeprosess, der de isolerte kaffens mest aktive mikroorganismer og tilførte dem i fermenteringsfasen. Resultatet er en jevn, svært uttrykksfull og velstrukturert kaffe. Vi smakte druesaft, lime, sukkerspinn, søt lakris, appelsinblomst og et hint av søt krydder, med en ren kropp og en sprudlende drueaktig syrlighet.
