The red apple and caramel notes are exactly as described, and the body is so smooth it feels almost creamy. I brewed it in my pour-over and could smell the coconut sweetness before I even took a sip. This is easily the best coffee I’ve had from Uganda.

That first sip hit me with tart green apple and then this creamy caramel sweetness rolled in—like biting into a caramel apple but in coffee form. It's genuinely one of the most layered cups I've had this year, and knowing it comes from a nurse-turned-farmer makes it taste even better.

Brewed a cup this morning and the juicy red apple note hit right away, then mellowed into that caramel sweetness. It's easily one of the smoothest washed coffees I've had from Uganda, no bitterness even when it cooled down.
