The stroopwafel note is unmistakable but not overdone—it’s sweet and cozy without being syrupy. I’ve been brewing it as a pour-over and the candied nut finish makes every cup feel like a treat. This is my new go-to for slow mornings.
The balanced acidity really carries through to the end, making the candied nuts and cocoa notes feel bright rather than heavy. I’ve brewed it both as a pour-over and in a French press, and it holds its structure beautifully either way.
