Detta eleganta kaffe är ett samarbete mellan bönder i kebeles i Tima, Guji, Etiopien. De flesta körsbären är av sorterna Gibrinna 74110 och Serto 74112, högkvalitativa sorter från skogarna i Illubabor, som torkats noggrant i mycket tunna lager i 15–20 dagar för att framhäva en fantastisk smakklarhet. Vi smakade björnbär, citrus, aprikos och en vacker blommig sötma.
