The balance is genuinely impressive—smooth and bright without any harsh edge, even as the weather shifts. I mostly drink it black and it holds up beautifully from first sip to last.

This is my third bag this season and it’s consistently smooth, no bitter edge even when I brew it a bit strong. The balance between the acidity and body is spot on for a daily pour-over.

The seasonal notes really come through in this blend—it’s balanced without being boring, and the care in sourcing is obvious in every sip. I’ve been reaching for it every morning since it arrived.
