Brewed a cup this morning and the full body is exactly what I look for in a dark roast — rich without any bitter edge. The sweetness comes through clean and lingers nicely, even as the coffee cools. This is my new weekday go-to.

The dark roast really lets the sweetness shine through—full-bodied without any of that bitter edge you usually get. I've been pulling it as an espresso in the morning and it holds up beautifully, thick crema and all.

Brewed this as my morning pour-over and the sweetness really shines through despite the dark roast—it's bold but never bitter. Full-bodied like the description says, and it handled the darker profile without losing that smoothness. I've already ordered another bag.
