Dinastía Gesha Lot 2

The cup is incredibly clean and sweet, with a silky body that makes you want to keep sipping. Wilder Lazo’s farming really shines through in this lot, and Scott Rao’s sourcing standards are evident in every batch I’ve brewed.

The florals hit immediately on the nose, but it's the silky, lingering finish that makes this lot feel special. Wilder Lazo clearly knows what he's doing—this is the kind of cup that makes you slow down and savor every sip.

First brew at a 1:16 ratio and the florality was so intense it smelled like jasmine tea. Wilder Lazo's processing really lets the Gesha shine without being overpowering.
