Dieser elegante Kaffee ist das Ergebnis einer Gemeinschaftsarbeit von Bauern in den Kebeles von Tima in Guji, Äthiopien. Die meisten Kirschen sind Gibrinna 74110 und Serto 74112, hochwertige Sorten aus den Wäldern von Illubabor, die in sehr dünnen Schichten 15–20 Tage lang präzise getrocknet werden, um eine atemberaubende Geschmacksklarheit zu erzielen. Wir haben Brombeere, Zitrus, Aprikose und eine wunderschöne blumige Süße geschmeckt.
