Diese Partie besteht aus kleinen Kurume-Kirschen, einer regionalen äthiopischen Landrace-Unterart, die in großer Höhe in Yirgacheffe angebaut und an der Gutiti-Waschstation 14–20 Tage lang in der Sonne getrocknet wurde. Wir haben eine ausdrucksstarke Tasse mit frischen Blaubeeren und süßer Sahne sowie tiefen blumigen Untertönen verkostet. Die Aromen entfalten sich voraussichtlich etwa 2–4 Wochen nach der Röstung am besten.
