Dieser Kaffee durchlief Kenias doppelten Waschprozess, bei dem die Kirschen nach dem Waschen für 24 Stunden in Einweichtanks gelagert werden, sodass sich Aminosäuren und Proteine in jeder Bohne entwickeln können, was zu mehr Säure und komplexen Fruchtaromen führt. Wir haben eine marmeladige Tasse mit Beeren, Grapefruit und Steinobst geschmeckt.
