Dieses herausragende Microlot stammt von einer Gruppe von Kleinbauern am Mikuba Hill in Burundi und wurde an der Heza Station des Long Miles Projects verarbeitet. Die Kaffeekirschen wurden entpulpt, anaerob fermentiert und anschließend in der Sonne getrocknet. Das Ergebnis ist eine intensive und saftige Süße, die direkt in die Bohne eingebrannt wurde. Wir haben Noten von Steinobst, Birne, Kamille, Wildblumen und Wildhonig geschmeckt.
