The peaberry structure really shines here—each cup has that sweet, almost cane-sugar start that settles into a clean, brooding finish. I brewed it as a pour-over and the balance held up even as it cooled, which is rare for me.

Tanzania Nyasi Furaha’s bro note is honestly unlike anything I’ve brewed this season—sweet on the front but with this clean, structured finish that keeps me coming back for another cup. The peaberry roast feels supremely balanced, no bitterness even when it cools down.
