Peru Espiritu Wari

The chocolate and nut notes come through beautifully in my pour-over, and it’s just as smooth when I use the French press. That citrus hint keeps it interesting without being too bright for a medium roast.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well this roast worked with my pour-over setup—the chocolate and nut notes balanced out nicely without any bitterness. Oddly enough, it also made a solid cold brew, which I didn't expect from a medium roast.

This one came out beautifully in my French press — the chocolate notes are rich without being bitter, and there's just enough citrus to keep it interesting. It's smooth enough for my morning mug but complex enough that I actually taste the flavors.
