Dieser Kaffee ist eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen Nestor Lasso von El Diviso und Jhoan Vergara von der Las Flores Farm. Sie nutzten ihr hochmodernes mikrobiologisches Labor, um ein einzigartiges Waschverfahren zu entwickeln, bei dem die aktivsten Mikroorganismen des Kaffees isoliert und der Fermentationsphase zugeführt werden. Das Ergebnis ist ein samtiger, extrem ausdrucksstarker und sehr strukturierter Kaffee. Wir haben Traubensoda, Limette, Zuckerwatte, süßes Lakritz, Orangenblüte und eine leichte süße Würze geschmeckt, mit einem sauberen Körper und einer spritzigen Traubensäure.
