The fruit-forward notes really shine through in a French press, making a surprisingly clean cup. It’s delicate enough that I had to grind slightly finer than usual, but the resulting sweetness is totally worth dialing in for.

Opened the bag and was hit with this incredible jasmine-like floral aroma before I even ground it. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a really clean, bright cup with a long, honey-sweet finish. Definitely one of the most unique coffees I’ve had in a while.

Violet ★★★★★

The sweetness on this one really stands out—way fruitier and more complex than your average light roast. I've been brewing it as a pour-over and the floral notes come through beautifully without any bitterness. Already ordering my second bag.

Joseph U. ★★★★★

First bag of this stuff lasted only four days—every cup had this incredible floral sweetness and stone fruit clarity that I’ve never tasted before. The coffee brews clean and finishes with a hint of honey, and for a light roast it’s surprisingly balanced even when it cools down a bit.

Lucy D. ★★★★☆

I’ve been brewing this as a pour-over and the light roast really lets the berry-like acidity shine through. It’s a bit more delicate than my usual coffee, but that clean finish makes it worth the extra care.

Aurora B. ★★★★☆

The first cup had a surprisingly sweet, almost fruity finish that I wasn't expecting from a light roast. Brewing it as a pour-over really brought out those delicate flavors, though I wish the bag had a resealable zipper for freshness.
