The fruit-forward notes really shine through in a French press, making a surprisingly clean cup. It’s delicate enough that I had to grind slightly finer than usual, but the resulting sweetness is totally worth dialing in for.

Opened the bag and was hit with this incredible jasmine-like floral aroma before I even ground it. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a really clean, bright cup with a long, honey-sweet finish. Definitely one of the most unique coffees I’ve had in a while.

First bag of this stuff lasted only four days—every cup had this incredible floral sweetness and stone fruit clarity that I’ve never tasted before. The coffee brews clean and finishes with a hint of honey, and for a light roast it’s surprisingly balanced even when it cools down a bit.
