Shimmy Kaffeesieb 200 Mikron Filter

Swapped out the old filter and this 200 micron one snaps right into place – my coffee grounds are noticeably more uniform now.

The 200 micron mesh is noticeably finer than my old one, and the consistency of the grounds is spot on now. Easy swap and the coffee tastes cleaner.

Finally got around to swapping out the old filter, and this one fits perfectly without any fiddling. The consistent 200 micron sifting makes a noticeable difference in my pour-over grind uniformity.
