Finally got to taste a single-origin natural that actually delivers on the "clean yet complex" promise—the brightness of this Yellow Bourbon really shines through without any of the muddiness I sometimes get.

Cleaning out the last of my bag this morning, I'm still impressed by how clean the cup stays even though it's a natural process—no over-the-top fruitiness, just balanced sweetness. The single-origin purity really comes through in the finish.
