Sweet Spot

The French press came out rich without any bitterness, and the crema on my espresso was surprisingly thick for a blend. It's become my daily driver for both lattes and black coffee, which says a lot since I'm picky.

Pulled a shot for a cortado this afternoon and the crema was thick and sweet, exactly what I hoped for from a Latin American blend. The balance is spot-on — bright enough for a straight espresso but smooth when mixed with milk. Already planning my next bag.

Brewed this in my French press this morning and the balance is spot on — smooth enough black but it also held up beautifully with a splash of oat milk. The Latin American blend gives it a nice, mellow acidity that I've been craving at home.
