Brewed this as my first pour-over of the day and the clementine sweetness hit right after the bright acidity mellowed out—really smooth. The raisin note lingers nicely in the finish, and you can tell that volcanic soil does something special here.
The cranberry note really comes through in the finish, and the clementine sweetness balances it perfectly without being tart.
