Mausteisen leivonnaisen, tumman kirsikan ja puolimakean suklaan vivahteilla Stellar Bloom Dark Matterilta on täyteläinen keskikahvi, joka sopii täydellisesti kevään viimeisiin päiviin.

Dark Matter rakentaa syviä suhteita kahvintuottajiin. Näiden suhteiden syvyys näkyy Stellar Bloomissa, räätälöidyssä sekoituksessa, joka on luotu Dropsia varten ja joka ammentaa kahdelta tuottajalta saavuttaakseen tasapainon ja pyöreän makeuden: Las Damas, naisten omistama osuuskunta Perun vuoristosta, ja Finca Santa Bárbara, perheviljelmä Antioquiassa, Kolumbiassa, josta Dark Matter on hankkinut kahvia lähes vuosikymmenen ajan.

The dark cherry note is exactly what I hoped for—it comes through bright but doesn’t overpower the chocolate finish. I’ve been brewing it in my French press every morning, and it’s got just the right weight for these cooler spring days.

This has that perfect full-bodied feel without being heavy or bitter. The baking spice note really comes through in the morning, making it a nice change from my usual dark roast.

The dark cherry and semisweet chocolate flavors come through nicely without being too sweet, and the body is just right for an afternoon cup. I’ve been brewing it in my French press and it holds up well, smooth from start to finish.
