Hanno creato Funkonia con THE COLOR, un artista multidisciplinare e uno dei fondatori dell'organizzazione di mutuo soccorso guidata da persone trans nere FOR OUR SIBS. Coltivato presso la stazione di lavaggio Humere in Ruanda, ha subito 72 ore di fermentazione a basso contenuto di ossigeno delle ciliegie intere, sprigionando una dolcezza fruttata selvaggia e intensa. Abbiamo assaggiato marmellata di frutti di bosco, caramella all'uva, nettarina e note floreali.
