Nel 2022, Unity ha visitato la cooperativa Ndimaini, rimanendo colpita dall'eccezionale qualità del caffè e dalla trasparenza. La maggior parte dei soci vive entro 3 km dalla stazione di lavaggio e le loro ciliegie vengono spolpate e lavate all'arrivo. Il 90% di questo lotto è composto dalle splendide varietà SL-28 e SL-34, dal profilo brillante. Abbiamo assaggiato note di uva bianca, frutta a nocciolo e lime: un caffè pulito, vivace e facile da bere.
