The dark chocolate and cocoa notes come through exactly as described, and the black cherry adds a subtle sweetness that makes the cup feel richer than my usual morning brew. It's got a nice weight to it that lingers pleasantly.
I’ve been brewing this as my morning pour-over, and the brown sugar sweetness really balances the dark cherry tang. Grinding the beans fills the kitchen with a deep cocoa scent that makes the whole process feel like a ritual.
