The sweetness really comes through whether I pull a shot or brew it in my drip machine, and it's ridiculously smooth both ways. I've been reaching for this bag every morning since it arrived, and the flavor holds up even as it cools.

The blend of Guatemalan and Kenyan beans is genuinely sweet without any added sugar, and it pulls a rich espresso shot with a caramel-like finish. I’ve used it for both espresso and pour-over this week, and it holds up beautifully in each method.

I’ve been pulling this as a straight espresso every morning and the sweetness is definitely there, almost like caramel without any added sugar. Works great as a filter brew too, though I did have to dial my grind in a bit finer than usual to get the balance right.
