Wilson Ordoñez grows the rare Orange Bourbon at his farm in Huila, Colombia, an orange-hued Bourbon mutation known for its tangerine zest, bright acidity, and tea-like texture. This washed lot went through 180 hours of fermentation, enhancing the coffee’s depth and complexity. We tasted a pop of tangerine, lychee, pineapple, strawberry sweetness, silky florals, and a creamy finish.

Ruby Z. ★★★★★

I brewed a cup expecting just another fruity coffee, but the tangerine zest hit right up front and left this clean, tea-like finish that I've been chasing all week. The bright acidity is exactly what the description promises, and it makes a fantastic pour-over.

The washed process really lets that tea-like texture shine—it’s delicate but never thin, and the bright acidity keeps every sip interesting. I brewed it as a pour-over and the orange notes stayed clear from hot to cool.

Tangerine zest is spot on—it’s like sipping a slightly sweet, tea-like brew with a lively citrus kick. Brewed it as a pour-over and the texture felt silky, not heavy. Already ordered another bag.
